廃棄食品 Disposal food

宣伝（アピール）

賞味期限が近づいた食品。売れ切れを避けるため大量に作った食品。食品の梱包箱が少し傷ついた。野菜や魚の形やサイズが規格外。食べきれない食品を購入。などなどで驚く量の食品が廃棄されています。とても悲しいことです。
The food a use-by date approached. The food which was made in quantities as it didn’t finish selling. A packing box of a food was damaged a little. The shape of the vegetables and the fish and the size are nonstandard. The food we can’t finish eating is bought…A great deal of foods are thrown away. That’s very regrettable.

先日、ホームページ「Reduce GO」を知りました。Reduce GOは飲食店や飲食の小売店の余剰食品で廃棄するものを、それらを必要とする人に渡して食品ロスを削減するプラットフォームです。近くの飲食店やカフェ、ベーカリーなどのお店で、残ってしまいそうな余剰食品を月会費で手に入れることが出来ます。
I found a website “Reduce GO” the other day. “Reduce GO” is the platform where something to dispose for a surplus food from restaurant and retail store of eating and drinking is handed to a person who needs that and a food loss is reduced. You can get the surplus food which seems left by monthly fee at a restaurant, a cafe and a store, a bakery around here.

Reduce GOはまだまだ対応地域が東京で少ないですが、どんどんとこのようなシステムが広がれば良いと思います。
An area to which “Reduce GO” corresponds is still only Tokyo. So I think such system should spread.

ちなみに、私は賞味期限が切れても食べます。判断は食品の臭いや色でします。
By the way, even if a use-by date breaks, I eat. It’s judged by the smell of the food and the color.

一切なりゆき Total consequence

心に残った本

女優の樹木希林さんの書籍「一切なりゆき」を読みました。樹木希林さんのテレビドラマや映画もいろいろ観ましたが、書籍は初めて読みました。
I read a book of Kirin Kiki, the actress “Total consequence”. I also saw her TV drama and movie variously. But her book was read for the first time.

この本を読んで強い信念を持っている、強い女性だと思いました。周りに流されることなく物事を正面からとらえ、考える人だと思いました。今まで観た映画もこの本もとても感動しました。
I read her book, and thought she had strong faith, and she is Strong lady. I thought she was the person who catches and thinks a matter from the front without being poured into the turn. I was quite impressed with her movie seen so far and this book.

ブルークラッシュ Blue Crush

心に残った映画

波乗りの映画「ブルークラッシュ」を観ました。ハワイ・オアフ島のノースショアでのサーフィンの映画です。波乗りの映画は観ているととても興奮します。掘れた波に落ち込みながら波の合間を抜けてのライディングはエクスタシーそのものです！
I saw a movie of surfing “blue crash”. It’s a movie of riding the waves in North Shore in Hawaii Oahu. When I watch a movie of surfing, I’m very excited. And when I drop in to the sheer and steep wave and running during a wave, I feel an ecstasy.

ストーリーも爽やかで観ていて理屈抜きに楽しかったです！
The story was also refreshing and I was enjoy without a logic because I was seeing.

やりたいことをやれ Do wanting to do.

心に残った本

本田宗一郎さんの「やりたいことをやれ」を読みました。本田宗一郎さんは昭和の頑固親父さんというイメージがあります。読み終わると熱いものを感じました。
I read Mr. Soichiro Honda’s book “Do wanting to do.” Mr. Soichiro Honda has an image as Mr. stubborn father in Showa for me. When I finished reading this book, I felt something hot.

私が若い頃はオートバイに夢中でいろいろなオートバイクに乗りました。その中でもHONDAのCB750も長く私の愛車でした。そしてホンダは今、飛行機を作っています。凄いなと思いました。
When I was young, I was absorbed in a motorcycle and rode various motorcycles. HONDA CB750 was my favorite motorcycle for long time. And Honda is making an airplane now. I think it’s wonderful.

ウインドサーフィンの道具を流してしまった！ My set of windsurfing item was lost.

先日、ウインドサーフィンをしていた時に、ウォータースターターをしようとしたらミスをしてセールを放してしまいました。そうしたらオフショアーの強風に煽られてウインドサーフィンの道具が宙を舞い飛んでしまいました。慌てて必死に泳いで道具を抑えようと追いかけましたが、あっという間に道具は沖に流されてしまいました。
When I went windsurfing the other day, I fail in a water starter and have got away from my hand. Then it was fanned by strong wind of offshore, and it was soared. I rushed and swam to take that. But that flowed to the offing suddenly.

しかし、私はもう間に合わないと判断して今度は逆に陸に向かって泳ぎました。40分程泳いで岸までたどり着きました。それから戻って船で探してもらいましたが見つかりませんでした。諦めてシャワーを浴びて着替えていたら、沖で走行中のヨットが発見して預かってくれていると連絡がありました。
But I judged that I won’t be in time any more and swam to the land reversely this time. I swam for about 40 minutes and arrived to the land. And my company had them search a ship for it, but it wasn’t found. I gave up, took a shower and was changing the clothes. Then when a moving yacht found and kept that at the offing, they called me.

強風のオフショアーの時は十分気を付けなくてはと、あらためて痛感させられました。そしていろいろな方々に多大なご迷惑をお掛けしてしまいました。本当に申し訳ございませんでした！
That I have to be careful enough when it’s blowy offshore, it was fully realized once more. And I have caused trouble to many people. I’m truly sorry!

引越しで出た不用品の処分の手伝い Help the trash go out

仕事

引越しで不要になった不用品の処分のお手伝いを致しました。こちらのお客様のマンションは今は珍しい５階のエレベーター無しです。良い運動になりました。勿論お客様には大満足頂けました！目の前はとても良い景色です！
I help to dispose of the trash which has gone out at a move. It’s five-story apartment, without the elevators to which now is uncommon. It was hard for me. Of course, a customer was satisfied. It’s a nice view.

山道の掃除 Cleaning the mountain path

仕事

今年も山道の清掃を致しました。お客様から毎年１月にこの仕事を依頼されます。この日もとても寒く雪が少し降っていました。でも、体を動かして仕事をするとすぐに身体が温かくなりました。
I cleaned a mountain path this year too. I request this work in January every year from my customer. It was also snowing a little very coldly on this day. But when I was working, my body became warm immediately.

そして山頂から綺麗になった山道を降りてくるのは気持が良かったです。
And it was pleasant that I’m going down the way which became clean from a mountain top.

不用品処分お手伝い Disused article disposal help

仕事

ごみ屋敷になってしまったアパートのゴミ片付けの依頼があり、ゴミ分別不用品処分作業を致しました。室内が腰ぐらいの高さのごみで埋め尽くされていました。ごみの種類別にビニール袋に入れて市のごみ処理場にお客様と運びました。
I requested work of trash disposal from a customer. It was a house of trash, because there was trash to the height of the lower back. I separated trash and put it in a garbage bag, and it was carried to a municipal refuse incinerator with a customer.

以前の状態で住んでいたら病気になってしまうのではと心配でした。お客様には綺麗な家で新しい人生のスタートをしてもらいたいと願うばかりでした！
I was worried that a customer got ill if a customer lived here like before. I wished that a customer starts a new life at a clean house.

ウインドサーフィンのプレーニングジャイブ Planing jive of windsurfing

先日、ウインドサーフィンの仲間の人にプレーニングジャイブをしているところを録画してもらいました。新年会の時に会ってビデオDVDを貰いました。
My friend of windsurfing recorded my planing jive on tape the other day. I got this video DVD at a new-year’s party.

１か月前のことでしたが撮って頂いたのは全然知りませんでした。でも、フォームのチェックなど出来て良かったです。本当にありがとうございました！
It was 1 month ago, but I didn’t know the thing at all. But I might be able to check the form of my planing jive. Thank you very much really.

久しぶりに御前崎でウインドサーフィン Windsurfing in Omaezaki beach after a long time

久しぶりの御前崎でウインドサーフィンを楽しみました。初めはセール4.0でジャストウインドだったのですが、後半はオーバーセイルでした。風下への流れのためか、久しぶりだったのか、この日は風上に上手く登って走ることが出来ずに苦戦しました。
I went windsurfing and enjoy at Omaezaki beach after a long time. First, It was just wind by a sale 4.0. But the second half, It was on over sale. On this day, I couldn’t sail against the wind well. I had a hard time with whether it was the purpose after a long time whether a flow was right purpose.

この日は改めてライディングポジションを維持出来ないことはウインドサーフィンを充分楽しめないと痛感しました。もっと、風上に走らせられるように練習しようと思いました。
On this day, when windsurfing couldn’t be enjoyed enough, I fully realized that a riding position can’t be maintained once more. I will practice more in order to run to windward by windsurfing.
