昨日、スーパーマーケットに買物に行ったときに、健康チャックが出来る機械があったので測定してみました。私は若い時から今まで全く薬を飲んでいません。これも、私がいつも健康に気を付けているお陰だと思っています。
When I went shopping in a supermarket yesterday, there was a machine on which I can check healthily myself, so it was checked. I’m not taking medicine at all so far from young. I think it’s because I’m always taking care of myself.

スージークワトロの動画を観ていたら昔のことを思い出しました。私が川崎市に住んでいて東京の会社に勤め始めた頃の事です。毎週金曜日、土曜日に仲間とよく六本木や新宿のディスコやクラブに踊りに行っていました。
I saw a video of Suzi Quatro and remembered the my past. When I lived in Kawasaki-city, and it’s the time I have begun to work for a company in Tokyo. I often went to a disco and a club of Roppongi and Shinjuku to dance with my company on Friday and Saturday every week.

仕事以外の時間は殆ど踊りに行くか波乗りをしていた若い頃がとても懐かしい記憶でいっぱいです！
When I’m young, it bring back a lot of sweet memories that most time was used for a dance and surfing.

仕事を中断してコーヒーを淹れながら桜の花見をしていると、仕事の疲れがすっ飛んで行きます。
Flower viewing of a cherry tree is being done while stopping work and making coffee. So I don’t getting tired.

数日前から毎朝ウグイスの鳴き声を聞きます。桜の蕾も膨らんでいて、今か今かと咲き誇るのを待ち望んでいるかのようです。
I heard the bleat of the Japanese nightingale every morning from several days before. The floral bud of a cherry tree was being also full. Now or now, they seem to be waiting eagerly to bloom.

私は暑くも寒くもない春と秋が大好きです！海のスポーツ、波乗りやウインドサーフィンも気持ち良くエンジョイ出来ます。
I like spring and autumn very much, because it isn’t also cold and hotly. A sport of Surfing and Windsurfing in a sea is the season which can be enjoyed.

先日、面白い雲を発見したので写真を撮りました。
I saw fascinating cloud the other day, so a picture was taken.

昨日、ウインドサーフィンをしている時、海底に足を着けた時にちょっと痛みを感じました。リーフで少し足を切ったのかと思ったがそのまま確認せずにいました。
When going windsurfing yesterday, when putting on a foot in the bottom of the sea, I felt the pain a little. I thought I was injured in the foot a little by a submarine rock. But I didn’t see that.

今朝になっても少し痛かったので足の裏を見たらウニの刺が３本足の裏に刺さっていました。初め、ピンセットで取ろうとしましたがなかなか取れないのでハサミでえぐって取りました。
Even if it was this morning, it was a little painful, so I saw my sole of foot. Then 3 bitings of sea urchin stuck in my foot. First I tried to take it by tweezers, but it didn’t come easily, so I shocked by scissors and took it.

でも、昨日はウインドサーフィンを堪能できました！
But I was very enjoy for windsurfing yesterday.

今日、仕事の途中でお墓参りへ行ってきました。朝はちょっと寒かったですが、お墓を掃除したり、草むしりをしたりしていたら汗ばむ陽気でした。
While it was work, I went to a visit to family grave today. It was slightly cold in the morning, but if a grave was cleaned, and weeding was done, it became sweats.

家族や親戚の人が頻繁に来てくれるのでお墓も綺麗です。両親も喜んでくれているでしょう！あっ、私が一番の親不孝者でした・・反省
My family and relative’s person frequently come to there, so our grave is so beautiful. I think my parents are glad. Of course, I’m the ungrateful child who is most…I repent it.

先週の土曜日に家族で観音崎京急ホテルスパッソへ行ってきました。天気も良く、陽気も良く、家族みんなでリラックスできました。
I went to hot spa of Kannonzaki keikyu hotel with my family last Saturday. It was very fine and warm that day, My family all the members could relax.

フロントビーチの眺めの良いホテルでランチバイキングして、隣りにある温泉でゆったりしました。
We had buffet style lunch by a hotel with a nice view on a front beach.  And after, we had a easy time by the hot spring in the next.

帰りに逗子海岸を通ったら、「Night Wave （ナイトウェイブ）光の波プロジェクト」が開催されていて、多くの人がいました。
If passing the Zushi coast when we returned, “Night Wave Wave project of light” was held, and there were many people.

文通をしているギニアビサウ（Guinea-Bissau）の女の子から手紙が届き、返信の手紙を書きました。初めての手紙にはお母さんとの写真が同封されていましたが、今回は叔母と一緒の写真と手紙が送られてきました。
I have received a letter from a corresponding girl of Guinea-Bissau. And I wrote a letter for her. A first letter had a picture of her and her mother. This letter has a picture of her and her aunt.

小学校では理科が好きなこと、朝方は暑く、夜になると涼しくなること、両親のカシューナッツの収穫のお手伝いが好きなことなど書かれていました。
She said that she likes science at an elementary school, early in the morning hot and it’ll become cool for night, she likes a maid of profit of her parents’ cashew nuts, and others on her letter.

彼女が自分自身の夢を自由に描けるように願います。
I wish that she can draw her dream freely.

昨日、今年初めて鶯が鳴いているのを聞きましたが、今日は家の下の大きな桜の木を見たら少し開花し始めました。寒い日が続きましたが、今朝は少し暖かく春を感じられる日です。

I heard that a bush warbler cried for the first time this year yesterday. If I saw a big cherry tree under the my house today, It had begun to bloom a little. It was a cold day recently, but it’s a little warm this morning and today is the day when spring is felt.

先日、お客様宅のお仕事のご依頼を終えての帰り際に、酒粕を頂きました。とりあえず、甘酒を作りました。砂糖の代わりに沖縄産のサトウキビから出来た黒糖（これも戴き物です。）を入れてみました。ほんの少しお塩を入れて完成。コクがあり酒かすと黒糖の味がとっても合って美味しかったです！

I got sake lees from a customer in just days ago, when I finished request of work from a customer. For now, I made sweet drink made from fermented rice. Brown sugar made from sugarcane made in Okinawa (This was also a gift.) was put in instead of sugar.  A little salt put in and completed. The taste of the sake lees and the brown sugar was rich and very matched and was good!
