心に残った本

和田秀樹さんの本「60歳からはやりたい放題」を読みました。今回で2冊目になります。人は今までの習慣や常識で本当に大切なものを見失うことがあります。
I read a book “Let’s set a favorite thing from 60 years old” of Hideki Wada. This is the second book. The person may really lose sight of an important thing for conventional custom and common sense.

和田秀樹さんは今現状の医療のことやトータルに人間の身体と心の健康について話しています。的確で鋭い視線で物事を見ていると私は思います。
Hideki Wada is talking about the human body and mental health for the present medical thing and total now. I think that he is precise, and I see things for sharp eyes.

二十四の瞳 Twenty-Four Eyes

心に残った映画

映画「二十四の瞳」を観ました。3回観ました。何回観ても感動します。昭和3年に１人の新任女性教師が赴任してきました。彼女は12人の教え子に愛情いっぱいで接しました。12人の教え子達も彼女を慕いました。
I watched a movie “24 eyes”. I watched it three times. I’m impressed no matter how much I watch it. One new woman teacher came over to the elementary school in 1928. She contacted the student of 12 people to fill the love. 12 children loved her, too.

やがて戦争が始まり、貧困と戦争の波は否応なく子供たちの運命を大きく狂わせていきます。彼女は戦争で子供達の命を失いたくないとの思いからの行動も否定されます。「言わざる」「見ざる」「聞かざる」と校長先生に言われます。
War begins before long, and poverty and the war of the wave let the fate of children be greatly out of order irresistibly. She thinks that she doesn’t want to lose the life of children by war, so she acts. The principal said to her which “do not say” “do not see it” “do not hear it”.

戦争は全てを奪っていきます。
The war loses everything.

心に残った本

私はいつもベッドに入ると数分で寝てしまいます。でも、もっと最高の睡眠を得ることが出来ればと思い、この本を購入して読みました。
When I always go to the bed, I sleep in several minutes. And I bought this book and read, because I want to have the best sleep.

睡眠医学はまだまだ分からないことがいっぱいだそうですが、少しでも良い睡眠を得られるようにいろいろ本に書かれていることを試していきたいと思います。
It seems to be full not to know the sleep medicine yet. I want to try what is written in this book for better sleep.

寒かったけど綺麗な海でウインドサーフィン Though it was cold today, I enjoyed windsurfing in the beautiful sea.

波乗り

今日は、セール7.8、ボード114Lで時々プレーニングが出来て、ウインドサーフィンを楽しみました。今日は海底まで澄み切った綺麗な海でした。この時期になると海の色も変わってとても綺麗です。
I sometimes had planing with sale 7.8, board 114 L and enjoyed windsurfing today. It was the beautiful sea which was clear to the bottom of the sea today. This seasonal sea changes very beautiful color.

人は話し方が9割 As for the person, speech is 90%

心に残った本

本屋さんの棚にお勧めしていた本で、著者：永松 茂久さんの「人は話し方が9割」を購入して読みました。相手に何かを伝える時に相手を思い遣り、相手の立場になって話すことの重要性を再確認しました。
I found a recommended book in a bookstore. And I bought a book of author Shigehisa Nagamatsu “As for the person, speech is 90%” and read. When I told other person something, I thought that it was important to think of consideration and the feeling of the other person.

良いコミュニケーションが出来れば、素敵な人生になると思いました。
I have good for me, thought that it was the wonderful life if could communicate.

インターネットに繋がらなくなった It wasn’t connected on the Internet

仕事

お客様からインターネットにアクセス出来なくなったと電話が入りました。お伺いして見るとルーターまでは繋がっているのですがパソコンまでインターネットが繋がっていませんでした。
There was a phone call for a customer to me when it didn’t lead to the Internet. The Internet was connected to a router. However, it wasn’t connected to a PC.

ルーターが壊れてしまったのかな？・・・ふと何気なしにLANケーブルを見ると接続しているところが間違っていました。お客様に聞いてみるとお客様が自分で入れ替えたとのことでした。
I thought whether a router was broken. The port which was connected when I looked at the LAN cable was wrong without any mind.

昨日まで問題なくインターネットに繋がっていたので、まさかお客様がLANケーブルを外すとは夢にも思いませんでした。何事にも基本に忠実に仕事をしないとと思いました。
I didn’t think that a customer took off the LAN cable possibly. Because it functioned normally until yesterday. I thought that I must not forget the original intention.

ベッドを分解して移動する仕事増えてます Work to dismantle a bed, and to move increases.

仕事

今日は2階にあるベッドを分解して1階に運び組立てる仕事を依頼されました。お客様がご高齢になられて2階の寝室に毎日階段を使って上がり降りするのが大変なので、ベッドを1階に置いて1階を寝室にしました。
I dismantled the second-floor bed, and work to move to the first floor was asked for today by a customer. I moved the second-floor bedroom on the first floor. Because stairs are dangerous as a customer is old.

階段の上がり降りする時も転んだりすると危険なので、最近このような仕事の依頼が増えています。
Such a work increases recently. As it is dangerous when I fall down on stairs.

こちらのお客様は湘南ヘルパーズをスタートしたばかりの時のお客様です。お茶を戴いたり、昼食を一緒にと誘われたり、帰りにはビール券もいっぱい頂いてしまいました。
This is the original customer that The Shonan helpers started. This customer gave tea to me, and lunch was invited together and had the much beer ticket today when I come back home.

心に残った本

小峰一雄さんの著書「免疫力が上がるアルカリ性体質になる食べ方」を読みました。人間の身体がアルカリ性に傾くことで健康に暮らしていけると力説しています。現在社会では人間の身体は酸性になりやすいので気を付ける必要があります。
I read a book”How to eat to become the alkaline constitution that immunity improves” of Kazuo Komine. He strongly says that it becomes healthy if a human body becomes alkaline. Let’s be careful now in the society as the human body is easy to become acid.

少し違った角度から健康について語っていると思いました。私も本に書かれていることをいくつか試してみたいと思っています。
I thought that he talked about health from bit different angles. I intend to challenge it with some what is written in this book.

免疫力が上がるアルカリ性体質になる食べ方

私の首筋に芋虫 My scruff had a green caterpillar.

仕事

定期的にお客様の庭木の剪定や草取り作業を依頼されています。ジャングルのような庭の手入れでした。私は草木に触れたり、大きな木によじ登り剪定したりするのが大好きです。お客様に感謝されて、自分も自然の中で心がとても癒されます。
As for me, the pruning and the weeding work of the garden tree are requested for regularly by a customer. Care of the garden such as the jungle. I touch the trees and plants and love that I climb up the big tree and cut a tree. The customer thanks to me. And My heart is healed in nature.

帰りの車の中で首筋に何かぷにゅぷにゅするものが動いているので見たら芋虫でした。家に連れて帰り自然の中へ返してあげました。
In the car of the return, I felt something which moved, and it was a green caterpillar when I took it in a hand. I came back home and returned the insect in nature.
