The time when I get up early in the morning can work efficiently very much. But I was becoming increasingly late. And I get up at 6:00 every morning in now.<\/p>\n<p>I thought fight, spirit and a mind to do were important to early rising. I was attracted by a title as technology of early rising, and bought that book.<\/p>\n<p>At such time, I found a book called technology of early rising (author: Conventionalized consultant, Takeshi Furukawa) at a bookstore.<\/p>\n<p>The book is ordered very clearly and explained, theoretically.
